Technical Training Center

Recognizing the core need to equip and train our staff to the best possible level, the management of Lotte Chemical Pakistan took the initiative to build an in-house training center. This state of the art training facility, inaugurated in August 2009, serves as a breeding ground for potential Lotte managers.

The key functions of the Technical Training Center (TTC) are:

• Orientation and core training to Trainee Engineers
• Orientation and core training to Trainee Apprentices
• IT and Commercial related trainee programs
• JQP
• Skill enhancement of all employees

Furthermore, this on-site training center has:

• Two large training rooms fully equipped with state of the art training material.
• Video library
• Main library
• Display center including significant training materials for mechanical, chemical and E & I technology
• Practical training workshop hall
• Refreshment area
• Syndicate rooms

This large investment made to develop our staff’s knowledge and skill is a prime example of how seriously we take the development of our people.
