Assistant Manager Electrical:

Experience: 2-5 years in Petrochemical/Oil & Gas/Fertilizer/Power Plant industry.
Qualification: B.E. Electrical 

Responsibilities:

The purpose of this position is to improve the safety, reliability, and efficiency of plant electrical equipment through the application of engineering expertise in providing low cost solutions to electrical reliability problems, Identify reliability opportunities, design improvements and oversee implementation in coordination with Operations & Maintenance personnel.

Work collaboratively with suppliers
Provide systemic interventions to improve the overall reliability of all equipment
Strong engineering knowledge, including but not limited to industrial electrical systems (ranging from low to very high voltage power distribution systems)
Knowledge of power generation systems and equipment is a plus
Review Management of Change (MOC’s) and capital projects for reliability improvement opportunities
Manage all electrical-related maintenance, system improvement, and local development to meet company’s targets and statutory requirements, within defined SOPs, company procedures, RCMS, ISO procedures, statutory requirements, and electrical standards

Knowledge & Skills:

Basic Electrical Engineering understanding;
Process Air Compressor Motor/ HV Motors & Starter;
PTA Process know-how;

Responsible for supporting the Assistant Manager Electrical (Ox) in managing electrical maintenance at the Lotte Chemical Pakistan plant. Key duties include ensuring safe and compliant execution of preventive and predictive maintenance, enhancing equipment reliability, and maintaining operational integrity. The role also involves daily troubleshooting, supporting planned outages and overhauls, conducting routine plant inspections, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining accurate equipment records in Maximo. Ensures high standards of HSE and housekeeping in assigned areas.

Knowledge & Skills:

Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance for electrical systems
Understanding of electrical equipment, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
Familiarity with HSE safety standards in industrial environments
Experience with shutdown, overhaul, and plant inspections
Proficiency in Maximo or similar CMMS for tracking maintenance
